Data controller

The data controller is Simon Beltran, publisher of this site in a non-professional capacity, reachable at contact@aaarchangel.com. No data protection officer has been appointed, as the nature and volume of processing do not require one.

Data collected

Newsletter: your email address and the date of your consent. Contact form: the name, email address and message content you enter. Technical logs: your IP address, browser and request timestamp are temporarily recorded by the host for security and operational purposes. No sensitive data is collected, and no profiling is carried out.

Purposes and legal bases

Your email address is used solely to send you the newsletter; the legal basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Contact form data is used to answer your enquiry; the legal basis is the publisher's legitimate interest in handling messages addressed to them. Technical logs rely on the legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

Retention periods

Newsletter email address: kept until you unsubscribe, then deleted within thirty days. Contact form messages: kept for twelve months after the last exchange. Technical logs: kept for a short period defined by the host, for security purposes.

Recipients and transfers outside the European Union

Your data is never sold, rented or transferred. The following processors are involved: Vercel Inc. for site hosting, Supabase for the newsletter subscriber database, Resend for delivering newsletter emails, the mail provider for contact@aaarchangel.com for contact form messages, and Cloudflare, whose Turnstile service processes your IP address to distinguish human visitors from bots. As some of these providers are established in the United States, a transfer of data outside the European Union takes place, covered by the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR — standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies, no trackers and no analytics tools. No consent is therefore required and no banner is shown. Only cookies strictly necessary for the site to function may be set, such as remembering your chosen language.

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. The data collected is limited to what is strictly necessary and access to it is restricted. No measure guarantees absolute security, but the volume and nature of the data processed here keep exposure to a minimum.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. For the newsletter, the unsubscribe link included in every message is enough and takes effect immediately. For any other request, write to contact@aaarchangel.com: you will receive a reply within one month.
